This is a close up. The camera zooms in to the upper body and face.
This is a mid shot. The camera only shows the top half of the person. From the hips upwards.
This is a wide shot. This is where the full body is in view. From the feet to the head.
This is a long shot. This is where there is a view of the surrounding area but the main person is still in the shot just not the main focus.
